In honor of my post on Monday, I thought I would suggest that everyone take a few minutes over the next week to create a few lists.
Here are your list prompts:
Wednesday: List your ten favorite restaurants.
Thursday: List ten people who always put a smile on your face.
Friday: List your 10 favorite vacation locations (you can decide if these are places you have already been to or places you want to go to)
Monday: List 10 things you can do to lower your stress level.
Tuesday: List your 10 favorite songs (or movies or TV shows or books – whichever applies most to you. Or, for extra credit, do them all)
